ENGINE

Yamaha Chip Control Throttle (YCC - T) is 1 to Yamaha. The system electronically control the throttle valves for outstanding response and manoeuvrability at high rpm. The position of joystick features system sensor (GST) and D.C. motor driven manifolding arrangement. System YCC - T electronically controls the throttle valves for outstanding response and manoeuvrability improved at all RPM. YCC - T is used to provide more control of the intake air volume to smooth the torque character. YCC - T features 3 - ECU s ignition control main ECU, fuel injection and the YCC - t. This special ECU is able to respond to changes in the speed of the thousandth of a second.

YCC - I or Yamaha Chip controlled for admission channels/system means vary in length of piles between 2 positions are predefined according to the engine rpm. The transition Rpm is approximately 13 700 RPM. Electronic servo motor vary the funnel. The revolutionary YCC - I give you the best of both worlds... strong low rpm torque and power combined with amazing high rpm rush. It only 0.3 seconds for the channel to high to the short position.

Exclusive Yamaha YCC - I electric variable motor servo channel control system are the world of 1st motorcycle production and work together with fly-by-wire technology of Yamaha and HI-FI system.

7.6 litres of water box uses a paper thick type filter high air flow.

System of induction RAM air duct intake of fresh air in downtown offers, high pressure "force-fed" tract intake for optimum combustion and greater power at higher speeds. This design provides straight induction of the canal Centre sakal airbox without a lot of bends or turns.

Close ratio 6-speed transmission provides smooth power delivery and maximum acceleration. Width gear, splines and engagement dogs optimized for dealing R6 install power. Shift drum and moves the mechanism is located on the right side of the case for smooth shifting feel under power. Dental use dogs of commitment to sustainability and positive displacement type contact dish.

transmission of "tri-axe" or stacked design creates a more compact front rear-engine, which allows optimal placement of engine in "sweet spot" for the handling and optimized weight distribution.

Slipper or reduced Assembly back limiter clutch wheel hop back when making hard down shifts or under hard braking. The main advantage is reduced time and control more smooth when they participate in a race or track day. This use of paper friction plate clutch base 9 and 8 plates of steel, over 6 coil-type clutch springs.

Oil lubrication system has been optimized to reduce frictional loses caused by "oil drag". It has oil pump "two parties". It is a separate oil cooler liquid-cooled to ensure consistent engine temperatures for performance and long life.

Cooling system features high-capacity radiator curving with the fans of type double ring for the efficiency of the engine cooling is excellent. Ring-type fans provide the airflow on the conventional type fan.

Direct ignition coils, dual spark electrode iridium and high-output magneto deliver reliable spark, super strong. With this system, the ignition coil integrated Plug-and-CAP, considerably reducing the weight.

"Mid ship"4-to-2-1 exhaust maximizes engine performance."". Header pipe diameter and length are optimized for excellent flow. There are three, catalyziers 3 - way honeycomb with oxygen sensor in the system to reduce harmful HC & CO of exhaust emissions. The oxygen sensor provides feedback to the ECU so it can adjust for the optimum fuel/air mixture. "Mid ship" MotoGP style, quiet of lightweight Titanium is located under the engine Centre of mass and Centre of gravity lower handling.""

The exhaust system also features the system a (exhaust ultimate power valve) Yamaha EXUP using a body of titanium and butterfly valves that prevent the "blow back" phenomenon caused by "valve overlap". This design reduces weight and maximizes cornering clearance. EXUP system eliminates "flat spots" in the power of the Strip and reduce emissions too. It is a 600cc supersport engine 1.
