Yamaha YZF-R1 2011
ENGINE
The key elements of this sophisticated engine design was with crankshaft "crossplane" and uneven firing order. Two of these features is used on of Yamaha M1 MotoGP win the drivers Championship. Please note... This is not a "big bang" machine R1 deviates from the standard for the 4 cylinder in-line engine and a 180-degree crank pin alignment (where linking attached to crankshaft) and place the two stems of 90 degrees from the outside cylinder aircraft. This means instead of crank pin aligned on the same plane (a straight line drawn through the Centre of the crankshaft), they align in 2 aircraft in the form of a cross... or "crossplane". In collaboration with a crossplane crank is uneven cooking. The order of shooting a traditional online 4 cylinder is usually 1, 2, 4, 3 with intervals of 180 degrees. This fire R1 engine cylinder 1, 3, 2, 4 and intervals of uneven cooking in 180/270/90 to 180 degrees. What all that means for motorists is the torque control possible and incredible more linear accelerator. The design of this machine allows a new level of communications-engine Rider. The most important benefit is the outstanding performance of turn allowing greater machine control.
